In-Person Care

We encourage you to use On My Way to find the shortest, estimated wait times and reserve your spot at Duke Urgent Care clinics across the Triangle. We don’t offer urgent care reservations by phone but using the online tool can shorten your wait time and expedite the check-in process. Select the location that meets your needs, and let us know when you will arrive. Walk-ins are always welcome.
Most Duke urgent care centers are open from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Scroll down to view wait times, pick a clinic, and use the On My Way tool to reserve your spot.

Virtual Care

Schedule a virtual primary care and urgent care visit through My Duke Health (previously Duke MyChart). A virtual visit is covered by insurance as a primary care visit. Co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles apply.
Use Duke Health Anywhere after hours. Visits cost $59.

Virtual Care Available

Schedule a video appointment with a Duke provider and receive care for a minor medical concern from the comfort of your home. A My Duke Health account is required. Insurance is accepted.

On-Site Pediatricians at Select Duke Urgent Care Centers

Our providers perform sports physicals. Duke Urgent Care no longer performs Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
